Experienced and highly motivated backs coach required for the 2024-25 season

WE ARE HIRING:

In conjunction with our Charlton Park RFC Player Recruitment campaign on Facebook, Charlton Park RFC are looking to appoint a highly motivated backs coach to support and complement the existing coaching team for the coming season.

THE CANDIDATE:

The ideal candidate will be an experienced player who has good communication and team building skills.

Pre-season training starts on Tuesday 2 July and we would expect the candidate to be available and take up the role as soon as possible.

• Available to take training sessions at our home ground in Kidbrooke, London SE3 on a Tuesday and Thursday at 19:30 hrs. and to attend matches on Saturdays in and around South East London and Kent.

• Organise and structure weekly training sessions

• Able to provide continual feedback to the players in the squad, whether experienced or new to rugby union, within an enjoyable environment.

• Work with the player recruitment team to attract new players.

THE ROLE

This is a part-time role. Remuneration and a support package is available, including a contribution towards the cost of coaching badges, to the right candidate but is dependent on experience.

The person appointed can expect support from Head Coach Terry Read and forwards coach, Bill Sandison.
