We’re changing things around for the coming season. Gone are the Tuesday and Thursday night training sessions and we welcome in Wednesday night training … but that’s not until September!

For pre-season, we’re looking to start on WEDNESDAY 2 JULY at 7:30pm sharp. Thereafter, for the months of July and August only, it’ll be Monday night (in the gym) and Wednesday night (on the grass).

For the month of June, the club will be open on a Wednesday night for players to start work on strength and conditioning. That’ll be effective from 4 June. It isn’t compulsory but we do encourage you all to start work early. We are talking to a PT so there will be structure to these sessions.

So, don’t be shy, dust down the kit and get down to Charlton Park.

New members are always welcome and we would particularly like to hear from women who would like to join the proposed new women’s section.
